Rodney (Rod) Harder joined the UNMF leadership team in January 2010 and is responsible for all aspects of the UNM Foundation’s financial operation. Previously, Mr. Harder served for 10 years as director of finance and accounting/CFO for the Santa Fe Opera, a world-class opera theatre presenting a repertory of five operas with 38 performances during the season. He was a member of the SFO’s senior management team, reporting directly to the general director. From May 1982 through Feb. 1999, Mr. Harder was director of administration/assistant treasurer for the UWM Foundation, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The UWM Foundation is a not-for-profit organization supporting the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Harder graduated St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) by the State of Wisconsin.
