Associate Vice President of Human Resources: Tobie Webb joined the UNMF leadership team in June 2008 and is responsible for all human resource functions including benefits, classification and compensation, learning and development, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, performance management, and policy development. Previously she served as UNMF Director of Corporate Relations and helped corporations and foundations with philanthropic investments to UNM. Ms. Webb previously worked as the Senior Benefits Specialist for the UNM Division of Human Resources. Earlier in her career she was a Branch Manager for Robert Half International and a Human Resources Director for Cortez III. Ms. Webb has over ten years experience in human resources management and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ms. Webb earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from UNM in biology with a minor in chemistry.
