When submitting email requests, it’s important to have all materials prepared in advance. UNMF MarComm will be happy to advise Foundation colleagues on fulfilling successful email requests.

All e-mail requests must be submitted at least five (5) full business days (one full week) in advance of your desired distribution date. This includes follow-up and event reminders. This is particularly important during periods of high e-mail activity such as homecoming and graduation.

The Marketing and Communications Department is not responsible for the content you wish to have published. In order to process your email request, all materials and information must be complete, edited, and approved by appropriate unit and departmental leadership. The Marketing and Communications department is not responsible for collecting or validating information.

Email requests are first come first served. Submitting email requests with incomplete information will not be processed or held in queue within our system. The requisite 5-day advance request will begin anew when the email request form is complete.
