Associate Managing Director of Data Strategy and Quality

The Associate Managing Director of Data Strategy and Quality is dedicated to instituting and maintaining best practices for UNM Foundation data. Performs regular data maintenance activities and enacts an overall data quality strategy. Partners with IT and database reporting team to manage and enforce data quality initiatives in acquisition, validation, cleaning, and updating.

Director of Development, School of Law

The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking a talented professional to function as a driving force behind fundraising and stewardship for the University of New Mexico’s School of Law, the state’s only law school. Located on the north campus in Albuquerque, adjacent to a 9-hole golf course, and next door to the New Mexico Court of Appeals, the school sits at an altitude of 5,000 feet between the Rio Grande River and the Sandia Mountains. The school not only offers residents an abundance of outdoor recreational activities year-round, but it encompasses a real sense of community and values the longstanding relationships that have been built with the judiciary, the Bar, alumni, and other supporters throughout the state.

IT Support Specialist

The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking talent to provide technical support to internal and remote staff by investigating and resolving computer hardware and software problems; this includes participation in new hire orientations by providing introductory training and guidance on hardware, network, application, and data access; maintain an inventory of laptops, workstations, servers, and network hardware; update documentation to record new equipment installed, new sites, and changes to computer configurations, and more responsibilities. This individual must have one to three years of related experience and will contribute to the overall success of the Foundation by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Human Resources Administrative Coordinator

The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking a skilled professional to serve as the Administrative Coordinator for the Human Resources Department. The individual hired will be actively involved in the HR team on a wide variety tasks and projects, including calendaring; creating and distributing HR-related communications; participating in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures; organizing staff meetings and employee committee meetings; training employees; serving as a liaison between the HR Department and others; and acting as the Foundation receptionist. It’s a great entry-level opportunity for someone seeking to build a career in the field of human resources, and for someone who seeks to be part of a team whose mission is to support the state’s flagship university.

Data Quality Analyst

The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking talent adept at working quickly in a complex data environment, able to identify opportunities for improvements of data quality, and capable of working with existing documentation to find data anomalies and recommend actions to correct problems.

Senior Programmer/Analyst

The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking talent to function as a driving force inside the IT and Reporting Team. Be the leader of problem resolution and provide support for the donor database, technical support for data analysis, report development, establish procedures, and provide technical leadership to Foundation staff.
