Grantsmanship Course for Nonprofit and Government Grantseekers
UNM Foundation to Host Grantsmanship Course for Nonprofit and Government Grantseekers
Nonprofit and government grantseekers can learn proven grantsmanship techniques at a workshop to be held in Albuquerque February 13-17, 2012. UNM Foundation will host an intensive, five-day, hands-on workshop for nonprofit and government grantseekers that will take participants step by step through all stages of planning programs, researching funding sources and writing proposals. The course will be conducted by “The Grantsmanship Center,” the world’s largest grantsmanship training organization for nonprofits.
“Designed for both novice and experienced grant seekers, the workshops will cover all aspects of searching for grants, writing grant proposals, and strategies for securing government and foundation grants and corporate contributions,” said UNM Foundation’s Betsy Till, Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations.
To ensure personal attention, registration is limited to 30 participants. Tuition for this training program is $895 ($845 for each additional registration from the same organization). A limited number of partial scholarships are available for qualified agencies.
