FAQ: Corporations & Foundations

Can I support UNM some way other than a financial contribution?

Yes.  Cash gifts, endowments, and grants are great, but in-kind or equipment donations are an excellent way to support UNM’s mission as well.

How can I ensure my support for UNM has a lasting impact?

Endowed funds support specific purposes in perpetuity, providing support to the University in the areas of the donor’s interest. Endowed funds can support student scholarships, faculty, the general needs of the University or any school, college or program within UNM. The UNM Foundation invests the funds and uses a portion of the income generated from the principal to provide annual funding.
