Coach Bill Dotson coached wrestling at UNM for 19 years. Throughout his tenure, 26 Lobos earned berths and five Lobos placed in the NCAA Championships. Peter Johnstone (1946-2013) has been honored with a fund designed to help student athletes weather tough times and succeed! The Peter Johnstone Student Athlete Assistance Fund will help support needs of student athletes that are not covered by scholarships, ranging from medical bills to fifth year financial aid to emergency travel home.
