We invite you to support New Mexicans by giving to the “UNM Retiree Association Presidential Scholarship Fund”

As part of our contribution to the campus community, the UNMRA makes an annual contribution to the UNM Retiree Association Presidential Scholarship Fund which supports a student each year. This prestigious scholarship is funded from our membership dues, which are relatively modest. To increase the number of scholarships we can award, we ask members to consider donating to this fund in addition to their membership fee.

What is the UNM Presidential Scholarship?

Many of New Mexico’s highest achieving and most committed high school graduates attend UNM each year thanks to their Presidential Scholarship. These scholars earned the right to be called Presidential Scholars through their academic performance and community service. They enrich New Mexico and exemplify student success as Lobos on the UNM campus throughout their college careers and long after they graduate. As a Sponsor, we will be matched with a Presidential Scholar and have an opportunity to make a personal connection with the student whose life we are helping to change.
